13. Servicing and maintenance

The authorised technical Customer Service Centre is responsible for all ser-
vicing and maintenance work.
•
In accordance with the current state of technology, electrical appliance
parts are subject to a certain degree of wear over time.
•
In order to guarantee the functional integrity and safety of the appliance,
we recommend that the appliance is serviced regularly by Customer Ser-
vice.
DANGER Risk of electric shock!
Servicing of and repairs to electrical parts may only be carried out by the au-
thorised technical Customer Service Centre.
Unauthorised repairs may cause user hazards.
14. Disposing of old appliances
All materials used are environmentally compatible, carry an identification mark-
ing and can be recycled.

The appliance cannot be disposed of as residual waste. Valuable raw mate-
rials can be recovered from environmentally friendly disposal.

Please ask your local authority about the latest disposal arrangements.
•
Render your appliance unusable so it presents no risk to others, for exam-
ple, children playing with it.
