Information on how to operate the Infrared heater, models S32/S33, using the
keypad can be found in chapters "Operating principles, model S32" on page 34
and "Operating principles, model S33" on page 36".
Side heaters
When giving treatments, the side heaters must be folded out.
Temperature sensor/Client position
For an optimal treatment, the client's head must be positioned exactly in the
middle of the Infrared heater, models S32/S33.
CAUTION:
The appliance must be placed around the client's head in exactly the position
shown (equidistant on all sides).
For guidance: middle of client's ear = middle of side heater
During the perm treatment, the temperature sensor permanently monitors
the temperature at the client's head and automatically offsets deviations
from the optimal temperature.
If the appliance is positioned incorrectly, the "CP" (Check Position) error
message will appear in the "Time display" field. Re-position the appliance
and then confirm using the corresponding illuminated Start button:

Client button for reducing the temperature

Your client may reduce the temperature herself/himself at any time by approxi-
mately 4 °C degrees using the Client button. The blue light in the client's field of
vision and the temperature symbol light will illuminate.
Pressing the button again resets the standard temperature.
red
The red light next to the Client button will illuminate and the temperature sym-
bol light will go off.
7.2

Cancelling the treatment in progress

Treatments can be cancelled at any time by pressing once on
the CLEAR button.
7.3

Memory function

The development time already elapsed will be stored automatically.
