Problem
Machine does not work.
The planing machine does not
work
The automatic feed only func-
tions with interruptions when
using the thick planing mode.
There is a jump at the begin-
ning ofa planing operation.
When planing cutting tracks
are visibleon the long side of
the work piece.
Problem with the quality of
work.
The saw blade does not work.
Cuts at the beginning and end

Cause
No electrical current

Remedy
Check the plug
Check the cable.

Clean it with gas or with solvents, when the
machine is turned off.

Raise the roller with the lever and use pres-
surized air to blow into the crack between the
bottom of the roller and the cover to remove any
debris.
Secure the table with the lock knob(on the side
of the slot drill bit).
Replace the blade or sharpen it.
Tighten the bands.
Sharpen the blades.
Reduce the cut.
Tighten the bands
The slicing planer must be re-placed or it is not
suitable for thisoperation. In this case, replace it.
Turn the gage to the left or the right,in order to
set the feed rails parallelto each other.

(sur le côté de laperceuse de trous oblongs).
Remplacer les lames ou les affûter.

Réduire la coupe.

convient paspour le type de travail.
