its food processor in order to ensure maximum
reliability. However, should a problem arise, you can
find solutions in the section Operating problems/
solutions to assess and determine its cause and
solution.
ATTENTION!
/ Do not open the food processor – risk of electric shock.
/ Any attempt to repair the equipment without
contacting our support services will void the warranty.
/ To avoid unnecessary risks, if you encounter failures
in the power cord or other components, repairs must
be made by our specialised customer service team,
who have the techniques and tools necessary to
ensure they are properly repaired.
