CONTROL PANEL
After the desired speed is set, the lid safety lock
system is activated automatically and the food
processor starts operation immediately.
Information!
If the lid is not properly closed, the lock symbol will
be flashing on the LCD display. Your food processor
will not start operating until the lid is closed properly.
See section Lock/Unlock the Mixing Bowl or Pan.

/Turbo function

Warning – Risk of injury!
When you use the Turbo function, the food may
splash or spill. Always position and secure the
measuring cup in the opening of the lid. Due to risk
of burns from escaping steam or hot liquids, never
abruptly increase the speed when you are preparing
hot food.
Warning – Risk of damage!
You cannot use the Turbo function when using the
mixer accessory.
The Turbo function is used to cut the ingredients at
a much higher speed.
To activate the Turbo function: touch the Turbo
function button once for one cycle. The Turbo
function will be active for 4 seconds at speed 12
and the Turbo symbol will be displayed on the LCD
display.

The security lock system of the lid is automatically
activated and then the Turbo function starts.
Information!
For safety purposes, the Turbo function remains
inactive when the temperature of the inside of the
mixing bowl or pan is greater than 60°C.
With the food processor operating, the Turbo function
is only activated from speed 4.
