PREPARATION
/ Placing the cover on the mixing
bowl or pan
ATTENTION!
The food processor has an automatic safety locking
system between the lid and the main unit. The
food processor does not work unless the bowl is
properly positioned on the main unit and the lid is
closed correctly.
Never try to open the lid suddenly.
Before removing the lid, wait for the blade of the
food processor to stop rotating and the content of
the mixing bowl or pan to stabilise, to avoid splashes.
To lock the lid of the mixing bowl or pan:
1 / Position the lid above the mixing bowl or pan.

Press vertically and rotate clockwise to lock,
aligning the marks on the lid and the handle.
3 /
The groove on the cover fits perfectly into the
cavity of the handle of the mixing bowl or pan.
Information!
The Yämmi automatic safety system prevents it from
starting operation without the mixing bowl or pan
and respective lid being properly positioned in the
main unit.
