COOKING WITH THE YÄMMI
Information!
During the cooking process the change of the
temperature can be displayed on the LCD panel and
when it reaches the set temperature a beep sounds.
The colour of the Dial changes with the temperature
inside the mixing bowl or pan (lower than 60°C = Blue;
higher than 60°C = Red).
5 / Set the Speed: touch the Speed button and use
the Dial to set the desired speed.
After setting the speed, the safety locking system
will be automatically activated and the symbol
will remain permanently on the display and
the Yämmi will start operating.
The pre-set time counts down until reaching the end
(00:00), emitting a sound signal and automatically
unlocking the lid.
Information!
If you intend to stop the Yämmi during operation,
please check the section Lock/Unlock the
mixing bowl or pan.
The cooking time, the temperature and the speed
may be changed at any time while in operation,
without having to turn off the food processor. To
do this simply select the desired function and set
the new value with the Dial.

Warning – Risk of injury!
Never use the Turbo function, do not set high speeds
or abruptly increase the temperature when making
hot foods to avoid burns from splashes of hot food.
Be careful when transferring the hot ingredients,
because the hot food or liquids can cause burns.
Turn the measuring bowl to the locked position when
working with high speeds (6 – 11) or when using the
Turbo or Grinding functions to cut or grind frozen food,
in order to prevent the measuring cup from jumping
off or the splashing of food out of the device.
Warning – Risk of damage!
If the speed of the food processor blade shows
signs of slowing down, the speed must be
increased, which will allow the blade to move
freely. If that does not work, turn off the food
processor, open the lid according to the safety
instructions and unblock the blade using
the spatula.
