CONTROL PANEL
The change of temperature in the bowl or pan is
displayed in a circle with marks that all light up
when it reaches the set temperature [

When it reaches its programmed temperature, the
circle is complete.
Whenever you do not want to heat or cook food, or to
prevent inadvertent heating of the ingredients in the
mixing bowl or pan, ensure that the set temperature
value is in the "00" position. To do this, you can skip
the step for setting the temperature or select the
Temperature function button and rotate the Dial
anticlockwise to the values "00".
The temperature can, if necessary, be changed while
the food processor is operating. Simply press the
Temperature function button and turn the Dial to set
the new desired temperature.
Information!
For security reasons, when the mixing bowl or pan
is at temperatures above 60°C, speeds exceeding 5
have a gradual start, to prevent any ejection of the
content.
Tip: The food processor only displays the
temperature of the contents if it is the same or
greater than 37°C. For temperatures lower than this,
the LCD display [
] shows "--".

The food processor has 11 speed levels, plus Turbo

The suitable speeds for the desired function can
be adjusted according to the type, quantity and
consistency of the ingredients. However, it is
necessary to follow the directions of the cookbook.
To program the speed: tap once on the button for
the Speed function and rotate the Dial to set the
desired speed.
The selected speed is displayed on the LCD panel in
the range 1 to 11.
