COOKING WITH THE YÄMMI
Your Yämmi has safety sensors that only make it possible to start the operation when the mixing bowl or pan
are correctly positioned on the main unit and the lid closed properly. If it is not properly positioned, the food
processor detects this and will not operate. Please see section Lock/Unlock the mixing bowl or pan.
To cook food in the mixing bowl or pan, follow the instructions in sections Parts and Accessories, Control
Panel and Preparation.
Check if the mixing bowl, the pan, the blade and all the accessories are fully clean before using your Yämmi.
Please see the section on Cleaning and Care.
Steps to follow for cooking with the Yämmi:

Check that the blade is positioned on the mixing
bowl or pan and correctly locked.
2 / Position the mixing bowl or pan on the main unit
and position the lid in the locked position.
3 / Set the Cooking Time: touch the Time button
and use the Dial to set the desired time.
Information!
During the cooking process, the food processor
counts the time scheduled regressively and beeps
when the time is reached.
4 / Set the Temperature: touch the Temperature
button and use the Dial to set the desired temperature.
If you do not wish to heat or cook the ingredients,
skip this step and go to the next one. Alternatively,
you can select temperature values equal to "00". In
this way the Temperature function is not activated
in the Yämmi.
