USING THE STEAM TRAY
7 / To remove the steam tray at the end of the
cooking time, start by lifting the lid and tilting it in
the opposite direction to your position as shown in
the picture, to avoid burns caused by the release of
steam.
8 / Position the lid facing upside down on the work
surface. Then lift the steam tray with the food and
wait a few seconds for the accumulated condensed
water to drip into the mixing bowl or pan.
Rest the steam tray on the lid as shown in the image.
Information!
In the Steam function, the ingredients start to cook
when the water starts to boil, the steam rises from
the mixing bowl or pan and passes through the
steam tray.
To avoid food sticking, such as meat, fish and pasta,
you are advised to grease the tray before placing
food on it.
The cooking time depends on the quality,
consistency and the size of the selected ingredients,
and the cook's own preference.
