For speeds greater than 3 and the Turbo or Grinding
functions, the measuring cup must be positioned
in the locked position, otherwise the hot foods and
liquids may splash.
The mixing pan has a maximum capacity of 3.7 litres.
There are marks inside and outside the pan walls that
indicate the level, where each mark corresponds to
0.5 litres.
/ Mixing pan cover
ATTENTION!
Use only the mixing pan cover provided to close the
mixing pan. Check the cap sealing ring regularly to
detect any possible damage. In the event of damage,
replace the sealing ring immediately or contact
the Yämmi customer service centre. See section
Customer service.
For safety reasons, the food processor works only
when the mixing bowl is placed in the main unit
and the lid is closed. The padlock symbol
on the LCD permanently lit and indicates that it is
correctly positioned. See section Preparation.
Never try to force open the lid while it is locked and
the lock symbol is permanently lit in the LCD display.
/ Cooking basket for pan
For maximum functionality of the food processor,
there is a cooking basket for the mixing pan. It is
ideal for:
/ Filtering fruit and vegetable juices. Simply place the
basket in the mixing pan and use it as a filter to
separate the pulp from the juice. For filtering and
straining, you can use the spatula to hold the basket.
/ Cooking delicate food (such as meatballs or fish
balls) that cannot be prepared directly in the pan.
