/ Steam function

Warning – Risk of damage!
Never use the steam function with the mixing bowl
or pan empty. Note that 250 ml of water evaporates
every 15 minutes in the Steam function.
The Steam function allows steam cooking and can be
used when the steam tray accessory is used on the
mixing bowl or pan.
To activate the Steam function: tap the Steam
function button once to start operating. If you do
not intend to change the pre-set time and the speed,
a time of 11 minutes at speed 3 will be assumed.
The temperature will be automatically set to 120°C.
On the LCD display, inside the circular temperature
scale, the indication St (Steam) will appear from
100°C, inclusive.
The temperature of 120°C will be reached depending
on the ingredients used. For example, water
evaporates at 100°C.
When the Steam function is activated, the
corresponding symbol is displayed on the LCD.
The Steam function is not available when the Turbo,
Kneading or Grinding functions are activated.
To deactivate the Steam function simply tap the
Steam function button again.

/ Kneading function
The Kneading function is suitable for preparing pasta
or dough. It alternates the blade rotation to the right
and to the left at predefined intervals, thus ensuring
homogeneous processing of the contents of the
mixing bowl or pan.
To activate the Kneading function: set the
operating time and then tap once on the
Kneading function button to start the operation.
If the operating time has not been set, this will be
displayed in ascending order up to 90 minutes.
When the function is activated, the corresponding
symbol is displayed on the LCD.
The Kneading function is only available when the
mixing bowl or pan is at a temperature below 60°C.
If the temperature is higher, you cannot start the
Kneading function and you will receive an audible
alert when you try to start.
While the Kneading function is activated, the heating
system and the functions Turbo, Reverse Rotation and
Grinding are disabled.
