/ Remove the blade

Warning – Risk of injury!
When removing or inserting the blade, be very
careful because the edges are very sharp. Never hold
the edge of the blade. Always handle it by holding
the top. Allow the blade to cool after cooking, before
touching it.
The blade can easily be removed for cleaning and
care the food processor.
1 / Press vertically and rotate the lever located
at the lower part of the mixing bowl or pan in an
anti-clockwise direction to remove the blade (open
latch position).

Hold the top part of the blade and pull.
Information!
If the blade does not move immediately, carefully
grasp the top of the blade and remove it together
with its sealing ring.
