outside, it may possibly still be slightly liquid on the inside.
25. Once you have finished preparing ice cream, switch off the appliance using
the ON/OFF switch and remove the plug.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, always switch off and unplug the appliance, and allow the
appliance to cool down

Never clean the appliance with or under water or with other liquids.
2.
Never use any rough or abrasive cleaning materials.
3.
With the exception of the drive unit you can clean the removable parts in
warm water with a mild detergent. These parts are not dishwasher-safe. Do not
immerse the container in water.
4.
Wipe the compressor casing with a damp cloth.
5.
Dry all the parts with a soft cloth before reassembling them.

RECIPES: GENERAL INFORMATION

In the following you find some general information for the preparation of ice
cream as well as some basic recipes. You will find a lot of good cooking books
in good bookstores. Please adapt the quantities always to the maximum filling
quantity of the ice bowl.
The ice cream smells best when it is fresh. Homemade ice cream does not
contain any conserving agents and is thus provided for immediate use.
If you want to store the ice cream for some time, you should add 20 g ice cream
base which avoids the formation of big ice crystals. In Germany the ice base
(Eisbasis) is available under the following address in Germany:

Only use ripe fruits for fruit ice cream.
Fruit pieces or berries should be added at the end of the freezing procedure.
