Note: Holding time represents the longest suggested period the food can remain in the sous vide
cooker before the texture starts to change.
Note:
• Longer cooking times may result in an altered texture of fi nished foods.
• These times and temperatures are guidelines. Further cooking may be required to achieve desired
result.
• All thicknesses are measured once the food has been vacuum sealed.
• Thinner cuts of meat will cook more quickly.
Trouble shooting
If you have any issues with your machine, check to see if these troubleshooting instructions solve the
issue.
1.
Error code E1: When the water level lower than the MIN mark on circulator, the lower water
sensor will be activated and stop working. All symbols went out and only display the error code
E1. Turn off and add suffi cient water, the circulator will resume to work.
2.
Error code E4: When the water level lower than MIN mark or circulator not immersed in the wa-
ter, and the water shortage sensor is failed be activated, the dry boil sensor will be activated and
stop working. All symbols went out and only display the error code E4. Till the circulator heater
cool down, the circulator will resume to work.
