Adjusting button
For plus and minus the time and temperature settings.
In temperature setting, press button 1 time and temperature adjusted with 0.1 ℃(1℉) , Press and hold
down for rapid increase/decrease.
In time setting, press button 1 time and time adjusted as below:
00:10 – 2:00 in 1 minute steps
2:00 – 72:00 in 30 minutes steps
Press and hold down for rapid increase/decrease.

Operation
This product must work together with cooking vessel container with suggested capacity in 6 – 19L, the
shape of cooking vessel is most commonly used in household kitchen.

Plug in the power plug, the
Display will light up, display show default time 08:00 and temperature 56 ℃.

When fi nish time and temperature setting, press
a pre-heat process before setting time reached, display shows real time temperature during pre-
heat process and no time display. When the setting temperature reaches the circulator beeps,
place the vacuumed food into the cooking vessel. Time display and start counting down.

When the user want to stop or reset, press
temperature and stop working, and repeat step 2 and 3 for new setting time and temperature.

The device counts down the time and will beep again, once time is over. The

Temperatures: The Sous vide cooker has a 40~90 ℃ temperature range, with 0.1 ℃(1℉) increment
selection. Different temperatures are required for different types of food and for different degrees of
doneness. See the Sous Vide Temperature and Time Guide on page 13-14.
Time: The cooking time depends on the thickness of the food, rather than the weight of the food. The
default cooking time is 8:00 hours. Time can be set from 30 minutes to 72 hours. See the Sous Vide
Temperature and Time Guide on page 13-14 for more information.
