How to disinfect

(before first use and once per day)
Disinfecting is important for hygiene and serves to kill living
organisms, such as bacteria or viruses. Boil the parts either on the
stovetop or use Quick Clean™ Micro-Steam™* microwave bags.
Disinfect by boiling

1. Cover the disassembled
parts, except for the tubing,
with water and boil for
10 minutes.
2. Allow water to cool and
gently remove parts from
water with tongs.
3. Place parts on a clean
surface and / or towel and
allow parts to air dry.
4. Store dry parts when not in
use. Do NOT store wet or
damp parts.
WARNING
• If you find condensation, breast milk or mold in the tubing, discontinue use and replace tubing.
Disinfect in the microwave
or
1. Use Quick Clean™
Micro-Steam™* bags in
the microwave in
accordance with the
instructions on the bags.

2. Place parts on a clean
surface and / or towel and
allow parts to air dry.

Pro+ breast pump has a closed system so milk cannot

get into the tubing when the pump is used as instructed.
Do not clean or rinse the tubing under any circumstance.
• Inspect the tubing before use. If you find condensation, breast milk
or mold in the tubing, discontinue use and replace tubing.
• Do not run your breast pump with wet tubing; doing so will cause
damage to your breast pump.
