the magnifying glass icon (Figure 103). Another window
appears with the complete value description (Figure
104).
After each category is completed, a result summary
populates a score for each category and the total score
(the Braden score) (Figure 105).

Scale section of the P P a a t t i i e e n n t t I I n n f f o o r r m m a a t t i i o o n n screen (see Main
menu: Patient information). To configure whether this score
