If the support surface malfunction message is displayed, the operator may have limited access to the support surface
functions depending upon the malfunction.
If the support surface malfunction message is displayed:
1. Remove the patient from the support surface.
2. Remove the product from service.
3. Contact the appropriate maintenance personnel.
