The teppanyaki can also be used to provide an ideal "large cooking surface" for "low
heat - simmering" cooking.
Use an every-day container-pan that is the same size as the cooking surface.
- Depending on the quantity of food to be cooked, the "slow cooking
- or simmering" can be adjusted between the positions of 90° and 130°.
- Cover the pot with a lid to keep the humidity; remove the lid to reduce humidity.
This type of application is ideal for preparing:
- Beef stew / Meat ragout / Meat stew / Baked rabbit in beer / Beef tongue.
Every time after use, make sure that the control knobs are returned to position 0
(2.1.2).
