• ATTENTION - Fire hazard: do not store objects
on the cooking surfaces. If the plate is still hot or
switched on due to oversight, the material that
covers it may ignite, melt or crack.
• Do not prepare flambé dishes under the extractor
hood. The flames can reach the hood and set it
on fire.
• Do not use the cooking surface during the
cleaning phase.
• Working with the plate it is advisable to protect the
hands using suitable knobs or pot holders. The
material of the knobs or pot holders must not be
wet or damp. In fact, humidity increases thermal
conductivity and the risk of burns from the steam
that is generated.
• Do not use coated cutlery as the plate becomes
very hot Even if they are heat-resistant and
suitable for use with the grill, they are not
recommended.
