HANDLEBAR CONTROLS

SPEED (+/-)
Increase/decrease speed during workout.
INCLINE (+/-)
Increase/decrease incline during workout.
PULSE GRIPS
There are pulse sensors located on both handlebars, in order to
monitor the users pulse rate these can be held in order for the
reading to be given. The pulse monitor is a guide for reference
only and not for medical use or monitoring.
COMPUTER PROGRAMS
P0 MANUAL MODE includes QUICK START, TIME,
CALORIES AND DISTANCE COUNTDOWN MODE.
P1 – P36 PRESET WORKOUT PROGRAMS
U01 – U03 USER DEFINED PROGRAMS
Hr1 – Hr3 BLUETOOTH HEART RATE MONITORING
BMI – BODY MASS INDEX
P0 MANUAL – QUICK START
1. In standby mode, press START to begin manual
mode immediately.
2. The TlME/DISTANCE/CALORIES will count up
from zero.
3. Treadmill SPEED and INCLINE can be manually adjusted by
using the SPEED +/- and INCLINE ∧/∨ buttons at any time
during a workout.
P0 MANUAL – TIME, DISTANCE AND CALORIE COUNTDOWN
1. From standby press M to select TIME, DISTANCE and
CALORIES. Once selected use speed +/- to alter the required
setting and press START to begin.
2. The TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES will count down from
the selection.
3. Once the countdown has completed the console
will beep to indicate the end of the program and all
the readings reset to zero.

P1 – P36 PRESET WORKOUT PROGRAMS
These are preset programs in which the machines speed
or incline will be changed automatically during the workout.
Note: if speed/incline is altered by the user during these
programs it will revert back to the preset speed/incline at
the next segment of the program.
1. From standby screen, press P button to select required
program.
2. The default workout time for these programs is 30 minutes.
This can be altered by pressing SPEED + or - buttons before
START is selected.
3. Press START to select and begin using the preset time.
4. During these programs the speed and incline settings are
split into 16 segments. The time of each segment depends
on the overall time selected. For example a 16 minute
program = 16 segments of 1 minute. Therefore the speed/
incline would alter every 1 minute.
5. The console will count down and beep for 3 seconds each
time the speed/incline is changed.
U01 – U03 USER DEFINED PROGRAMS
Within these programs the user can define the speed and
incline for a personal workout.
1. From standby screen press P button until U01, U02 or U03
is displayed.
2. Press M to enter the first segment of the program.
3. Press SPEED +/- to adjust the speed and INCLINE ∧/∨
to adjust incline for this segment.
4. Press M button to confirm and enter next section. Repeat
above for all 16 segments of the program.
5. Once the data is entered for all segments press SPEED +/-
to adjust work out times and press START to begin.
When inputted the program will be saved within the selected
user number (U01, U02 or U03).
Hr1 – Hr3 HEART RATE CONTROLLED PROGRAMS
The speed and incline levels can be adjusted manually during
this program but they will alter automatically to sustain workout.
1. Press P until HR1, HR2 or HR3 is displayed.
2. Users age will be displayed. Press SPEED +/- to change
and press M to confirm.
3. A recommended target heart rate will be displayed.
To change this press SPEED +/- and press M to confirm.
4. The TIME window will show a preset time of 30.00 minutes.
Press SPEED +/- to change this and press M to confirm.
5. Press START to begin.
Note: The speed will be adjusted automatically during the
program to reach the target heart rate.
BLUETOOTH HEART RATE MONITORING
1. To connect your Chest strap to your Reebok Machine, insert
the Bluetooth Dongle into the port on the back of the console.
2. Secure the Bluetooth wireless chest strap to yourself correctly.
The data will be displayed in the PULSE window of the console.
(BMI) BODY MASS INDEX
1. Press P button until "F1" is displayed.
2. F1 - Sex, will be displayed. Press SPEED +/- to switch
between 1 (male) and 2 (female). Press M to confirm.
3. F2 - Age, will be displayed. Press SPEED +/-
to adjust (preset is 25 years). Press M to confirm.
4. F3 - Height, will be displayed. Press SPEED +/-
to adjust (preset is 170cm/67"). Press M to confirm.
5. F4 - Weight, will be displayed. Press SPEED +/-
to adjust (preset is 70kg/154lb), Press M to confirm.
6. F5 - At this stage the user information has been stored.
Place both hands on the pulse sensors for approximately
4 seconds. The test results will then be displayed as below:
19 or below = Underweight
20 – 25 = Normal Weight
25 – 29 = Overweight
30 or above = Obese
Note: All readings given are a guideline only and not to be used
as medical advice.
MPH TO KPH CONVERSION
1. Remove the SAFETY KEY the computer will display "E-07".
2. Press and hold P and M buttons together for 3 seconds.
3. Speed will show "0.6" for MPH or "1.0" for KPH.
4. Insert the Safety Key back.
CAUTION
1. We recommend that you maintain a slow speed at the
beginning of a session and hold on to the handrails until
you become comfortable and familiar with the treadmill.
2. Attach the safety key to the console and attach the clip
to your clothing.
3. To end your workout safely, press the STOP button or pull
out the safety key, the treadmill will stop immediately.
