Attach the power adapter to
the "POWER INLET" at the
back of the analyzer. Make
sure that the lid on top of the
analyzer is closed.

a. Serial port. The analyzer can
be connected to a printer (for
further information, see Set up
Printer function).
b. USB port. The analyzer can
be connected to a PC (for fur-
ther information, see separate
manual for PC connection).

Press and hold the left button
until the display is activated (all
symbols appear on the display).
The display shows the version
number of the program, after
which it will show "an hour
glass symbol" 6. During this
time the analyzer will automat-
ically verify the performance of
the optronic unit.
4.
After this the display will show
three flashing dashes and
the HemoCue symbol. This
indicates that the HemoCue
Albumin 201 is ready for use.
To turn the analyzer off, press
and hold the left button until the
display reads OFF and then goes
blank. Disconnect the analyzer
from the power source by remov-
ing the power adapter from the
outlet.
Note! Make sure that the lid is
closed. If the lid is open for more
than one minute, the display will
show "U-A". Once the lid is closed,
the instrument will perform an
electronic self test.

Stecken Sie das Netzteil in den
mit „POWER INLET" beschrifte-
ten Anschluss an der Rückseite
des Analyzers. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass der Deckel des Analyzers
geschlossen ist.

a. Serieller Anschluss. Der Ana-
lyzer kann an einen Drucker an-
geschlossen werden (für weitere
Informationen siehe Einrichtung
Druckerfunktion).
b. USB-Port. Der Analyzer kann
an einen PC an geschlossen
werden (weitere Informationen
finden Sie in der separaten An-
leitung zur PC-Verbindung).

Halten Sie die linke Taste ge-
drückt, bis die Anzeige aktiviert
wird (alle Symbole werden auf
dem Display angezeigt). Auf
der Anzeige erscheint zunächst
die Versionsnummer des Pro-
gramms, dann ein Sanduhrsym-
bol

. Währenddessen erfolgt
eine automatische Kontrolle der
optischen Einheit.

Anschließend erscheinen auf
der Anzeige drei blinkende Stri-
che und das HemoCue-Symbol.
Damit wird angezeigt, dass der
HemoCue Albumin 201 Analyzer
einsatzbereit ist.
Zum Ausschalten des Analyzers
halten Sie die linke Taste gedrückt,
bis auf der Anzeige zunächst „OFF"
und dann gar nichts mehr angezeigt
wird. Trennen Sie den Analyzer von
der Stromversorgung, indem Sie das
Netzteil aus der Steckdose ziehen.
Hinweis! Stellen Sie sicher, dass der
Deckel geschlossen ist. Sobald der
Deckel länger als eine Minute ge-
öffnet ist, erscheint in der Anzeige
„U-A". Sobald der Deckel geschlos-
sen wird, führt das Gerät einen
elektronischen Selbsttest durch.

Premere e tenere premuto il
pulsante a sinistra finché il
display non si attiva (sul display
vengono visualizzati tutti i sim-
boli). Il display mostra il numero
di versione del programma, se-
guito dal simbolo della clessidra
6. Ciò indica che lo strumento
sta eseguendo un controllo
automatico delle funzioni
dell'unità optronica.

Subito dopo sul display appari-
ranno tre trattini lampeggianti
e il simbolo HemoCue. Ciò indica
che HemoCue Albumin 201 è
pronto all'uso.
Per spegnere l'analizzatore, premere
e tenere premuto il pulsante sinistro
finché il display mostra la scritta OFF
e poi nessun'altra scritta. Scollegare
l'analizzatore dall'alimentazione
staccando la presa dell'adattatore.
Attenzione! Lo sportellino dello
strumento deve essere chiuso. Se lo
sportellino rimane aperto per più di
1 minuto, compare la scritta "U-A".
Quando lo sportellino viene chiuso,
lo strumento esegue automatica-
mente un auto-test elettronico.

Connecter le transformateur

couvercle en haut de l'analyseur

être connecté à un PC (pour de
plus amples informations, voir le
manuel séparé pour la connexion
PC).

Appuyer sur la touche de gauche
et la maintenir enfoncée jusqu'à
l'activation de l'écran (tous les
symboles s'affichent). L'écran af-
fiche alors le numéro de version
du programme, puis le "symbole
d'un sablier" 6. Entre temps,
l'instrument effectue un contrôle
automatique de l'unité optique.
4.
Au bout de 10 secondes, trois
tirets clignotants et le symbole
HemoCue apparaissent à l'écran.
Ceci indique que l'HemoCue
Albumin 201 est prêt à l'emploi.
Pour éteindre l'analyseur, appuyer
sur la touche de gauche et maintenir
la pression jusqu'à extinction de
l'écran. Débrancher l'analyseur de
la source d'alimentation en retirant
l'adaptateur de la prise.
Note ! S'assurer que le couvercle est
fermé. S'il reste ouvert plus d'une
minute, l'écran affichera alors "U-A".
Une fois le couvercle fermé, l'instru-
ment effectuera automatiquement
un contrôle électronique.
