8. Starting water softener operation
HELP ON YOUR DEVICE START UP : This document does not replace the installation manual.
Thank you to refer it on installation and setup steps.
1 - Material

9 - Launching a recharge

Run and check all the recharge cycles:
10 - Hardness of water setting
Wit a flat screwdriver, residual water hardness can be set. It must be in a range from 8°f to 12°f.
Unscrew a first time the screw on top of its place, then adjust to obtain the desired value.
NB: unscrew to rise and screw to reduce the hardness.
Measure again (step 2) to check your setting. Let the water flow for 1 to 2 minutes after each
adjustment.
Your Altech softener is properly installed. Check it during the next 48 hours.
