Protective cap (9)
The protective cap protects the entrance to the aerial connection if it is not used.
Battery slots (10)
The UltraCOM3 board can operate using 4 type C batteries (not supplied) to be
inserted in the slots provided, respecting the polarity.
Presentation of the mobile handset
"Pick up" key (blue) (11)
This button is used to answer a call from the caller station. For the indoor intercom
function (see page 21), it makes a call from handset to handset.
"Hang up" and ON/OFF key (red) (12)
This button ends a call. It also switches the handset on/off (when held and pressed.)
Remote opening button (13)
This button is used to remotely open a gate or a latch (see page 20).
Push-to-talk button (PTT) (14)
This button is necessary to communicate with your visitor. Button released, the
visitor's voice is heard in the handset speaker. Button pressed, you can speak to
the visitor through the microphone of the handset.
Microphone (15)
It allows communication with the panel and other handsets.
Volume + key (16)
This button is used to increase the ring and communication volume (see page 18).
In combination with the volume - key, it is used to choose the alert mode (see page 18).
