Precautions for use
•
Only use the supplied charger to charge your handset. Using another non-
compliant charger could damage your handset.
•
Never mix new and used batteries.
•
If you do not intend to use your UltraCOM3 intercom for an extended period,
we recommend that you remove all the batteries from the elements and store
your equipment under cover.
•
Do not leave your handsets exposed for too long to direct sunlight or near
strong sources of heat, humidity or dust.
•
Other than what is described in this document, do not disassemble the
elements further, no parts can be repaired or replaced.
•
Before using a handset for the first time, fully charge it for 4 hours.

Solutions
Please pair again
Replace the door station batteries and
recharge the handset on its charging
station
Change the location of the handset or
use an optional remote aerial
Replace the door station batteries and
recharge the handset on its charging
station
Set the aerial mode to
INTERNAL (or use a remote aerial)
Enable the remote opening function
(see page 20).
Set an open time other than 0 (see
page 13).
Check your wiring as well as the
instructions for your gate/latch
Please pair the handsets again at the
same time on the same resident
