Presentation of the caller station
LCD screen (1)
This LCD screen displays menu information and provides access to the various
registered residents and opening by pin.
Motion detector (PROX) (2)
The motion detector turns on the caller station screen when a person is detected
(see page 13).
Keypad (3)
The Keypad is used to change settings, and use the UltraCOM3.
Microphone (4)
The caller station comes with a microphone allowing conversation with the handset.
Speaker (5)
The speaker allows you to broadcast the conversation with the handset and the
outdoor doorbell.
Connection terminal block (6)
This terminal block allows you to make the various connections related to your
configuration: power supply (see page 8), gate, latch... (see page 23) or
auxiliary output (see page 24). It is numbered and removable to facilitate wiring.
Manual reset (7)
If you forget the menu pin, you have the option of resetting the UltraCOM3 manually
(see page 17).
Optional remote antenna connection (8)
This cable allows you to connect a remote aerial (not supplied) if a better transmission
range is required.
