Using the UltraCOM3 intercom
Make sure that the caller station is powered (12-24VDC power supply or alkaline
batteries, see page 8). When all your settings and pairings are done, you can
then use your intercom.
Opening using the pin
You can open your gate/latch (if an element is wired on the caller station) by using
the button . Enter the opening pin and validate using the button
will be triggered for the set time and the display will show "DOOR/GATE IS NOW
OPEN".
Important: if a wrong opening pin is entered 10 times, the message "SYSTEM
LOCKED TRY LATER" appears and opening using the pin will be impossible
for 2 minutes. It will still be possible to use the call function.
Using the call function
Select one of the saved residents using the button

To find an resident more quickly, it is also possible to use its corresponding
number. It will then be enough to launch the call using the button
• The panel displays the message "CALL..." for 17 seconds. If no one picks up
the handset, the caller station will then display the message "NO ANSWER" and
will offer to make another call by pressing the button
• When a call is received, the icon

on the handset, the incoming communication indicator
• Once the call has been answered, the caller
station displays the message "IN CALL" as well as
the duration of the call. The outdoor doorbell stops
(if enabled).
