9. Maintenance

Please contact our service centre if you have any technical problems with your
multimedia active speakers. Repairs should be performed by our authorised service
partners only.
• Contact Customer Service in the following cases:
• liquid has seeped inside the device.
• the speakers are not working properly.
• the device has fallen or the housing is damaged.

10. Cleaning

Wipe the multimedia active speakers with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not use
solvents, corrosive or gaseous cleaning agents.

11. Disposal

Packaging
Your device has been packaged to protect it against transportation
damage. The packaging is made of materials that can be recycled in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Appliance
Old appliances should not be disposed of with the normal household
rubbish.
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU, the appliance must be
properly disposed of at the end of its service life.
This involves separating the materials in the device for the purpose of
recycling and avoiding any impact on the environment.
Take old devices to a collection point for electrical scrap or a recycling
centre.
