Removing Frozen Celsius
S³ Module
In some cases it is desirable to remove Celsius
while they are still frozen.
Remove the transparent top cover of the S³ Module.

If the unit is left open for an extended period of time while maintained at
low temperature, frost builds up on the clamps, Celsius

thermocouple holder from each slot. If condensation builds up on the
surfaces of the clamps, it forms an 'ice bond' between the thermocouple
holders and the black metal cooling blocks. This makes removal of the
thermocouple holders nearly impossible. Wipe excess moisture from all
surfaces prior to starting a freeze.

it is best to use a controlled freezer with thermal monitoring.
