– Fasten the duct, connecting piece and flexible duct connector with screws M8x16.
– After tightening the screws, the accessory must also be fastened using the mounting brackets (see Fig. 19) for unit
types AIR1 RH 5000-15000.
2�2�7 Air ducting, ventilation circuit
When designing the ductwork, use the shortest possible runs. Airtight connections and changeovers must be ensured
for the best possible heat recovery.
Outside and outgoing air pipes are to be insulated in an appropriate way to reduce condensation.
If supply and extract air ductwork runs through unheated rooms, insulation must be provided to reduce heat losses.
All fire protection regulations must be observed!
2�2�8 Optional outside air pre-filter
The pre-filter ePM10 50 % (optional) is used to prevent the contamination of the fine filter.

Danger to life due to electric shock
The unit must be fully isolated from the mains power supply before all maintenance and cleaning work!
Risk due to electric shock, moving parts (fan) and hot surfaces�
1. Remove filter lock (see Fig. 20).
2. Move filter lock as shown below (see Fig. 21).
