During the firmware update the connection

not disconnect the smart battery pack
from the cordless drill during the update
as the cordless drill will become unusable
if the update fails. During the update the
cordless drill becomes unresponsive to
input, e.g. triggering the on/off switch. The
update process takes around 5 minutes.
If the firmware update is successful, the
connection status LED flashes 1× per
second for 5 seconds. The cordless drill
becomes responsive to input again. You
can connect the battery pack to the
Lidl Home app following the chapter
"Connecting the product to the Lidl Home
app".
Reconnecting the cordless drill

IMPORTANT!
If the connection status LED

alternatively between 1× and 5×
per second, it means the connection
was disrupted. One of the reasons is
disconnecting the battery pack from the
cordless drill during firmware update. The
cordless drill will not be usable until you
re-established the connection it.
Proceed as follows to re-establish the connection
with the cordless drill:
1. Attach the battery pack to the cordless drill.

3. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile product.
4. Press and hold the
