Instrument and control functions
Is the ABS diagnostic light shows one of
the following symptoms, one or more fau-
lts may have been occurred on the ABS
system.
• The ABS diagnostic light does not
go on when the instrument panel is
switched on.
• The ABS diagnostic light will stay on
even when the vehicle exceeds the
speed of about 5 km/h.
In which event, take the motorcycle to an
authorized Benelli service centre.
It is important to point out the fact that
the ABS is not active when the light is
on, but the braking system will continue
working as a normal system not equipped
with ABS.
In this situation, a hard braking may lock
the wheels, causing slip and loss of stabili-
ty of the motorcycle.
Reserve fuel indicator
Comes on when approximately 3.2 litres
of fuel are left; in this case, ll up the tank
as soon as possible.
