Reinstalling the piston pump

1.
Use screw (M5) (fig. F, pos. 10) to pull piston rod (pos. 6) out as far as it will go.
2.
Press the sealing flange (fig. F, pos. 11) against the pump body.
3.
Push on the anti-twist device (fig. G, pos. 12).
4.
Grease the sliding surfaces (Nontrop KR 291 adhesive grease).
5.
Hold the threaded spindle (fig. H, pos. 1) and turn the screw sleeve (pos. 3)
to unscrew the threaded spindle slightly.
6.
Screw on the lock nut (pos. 4) as far as it will go.

Put the washer (fig. I, pos. 13) on the threaded spindle (pos. 3) and swing in the
pump (pos. 8) (fig. I).
8.
Observe flow arrow (fig. I, pos. 14) (see detailed view).
9.
Screw the threaded spindle (fig. J, pos. 3) into the piston rod (pos. 6).
10. Tighten the lock nut (fig. L, pos. 4) with a spanner (SW8).
11. Grease the threaded spindle (pos. 3) (adhesive grease Nontrop KR 291).
12. Screw the threaded spindle (pos. 3) into the piston rod (pos. 6).

13. Turn the screw sleeve (fig, M, pos. 1) until the sealing flange (pos. 11) is fully in
contact with the pump bracket (pos. 5).
14. Fit the fastening screws (SW4) (fig. N, pos. 7) with toothed lock washers and nuts
using a suitable Allen key (pos. 9).
15. Turn the screw sleeve (fig. O, pos. 1) to check the ease of movement of the piston
rod (pos. 6).
