Pump replacement

Overview
CAUTION!
All mechanical installation work must only be performed by authorised,
trained specialists in accordance with local regulations.
All fastening elements must be checked and tightened if necessary.
These could sometimes have become loose due to large fluctuations in the
ambient temperature or due to vibrations.
The piston rod with inserted anti-rotation device moves back and forth in
axial direction during dosing or venting processes.
There is an increased risk of injury due to crushing.
Extreme caution is advised in this area.

Dismantling the piston pump

Loosen the lock nut (fig. A, pos. 4) with a spanner (SW8).
2.
Turn the motor screw sleeve (fig. B, pos. 1) until the threaded spindle (pos. 3)
is unscrewed from the piston rod (pos. 6).

Push the piston rod (fig. C, pos. 6) into the pump (pos. 8).

4.
Unscrew the pump fastening screws (fig. D, pos. 7) with an Allen key (SW4) (pos. 9).
5.
Swing the pump (fig. E, pos. 5) out of the pump holder (pos. 5).
