Replacement of the Water Fittings
In the event of contamination or for prevention purposes, it is possible to replace the entire
pipe system with a new one instead of carrying out time-consuming disinfection on site.
Pipeline system DG1-III complete (replacement assembly)
Proceed as follows:
1.
Close angle valve.
2.
Unscrew the water supply line and lower lock nut from the fresh water inlet.
3.
Remove the flat plug from the coil (pos. 1) of the solenoid valve.
4.
Unscrew the flexible hose fitting on the pipe interrupter (pos. 2).
5.
Disconnect the connecting cable from the water meter (pos. 3).
6.
Loosen the lock nuts (pos. 4).
7.
Lift out the complete pipe system
8.
Installation in reverse order; use new flat seals and a new stainless steel flex tube
(enclosed).
9.
Open the angle valve, vent the device and conduct a function test.
