Cleaning / Maintenance
The device does not contain any parts that require maintenance.
Opening the device other than described in the instructions is not permitted!
Cleaning
To clean the device wipe only with a damp cloth.
Do not use and solvent-based or abrasive cleaning agents.
Empty Dust Drawer
After reaching the set time interval, the dust drawer is requested to be emptied:
♦ An acoustic signal sounds 3 x.
♦ The symbol "dust drawer full" is shown.
♦ In the display "FULL" is shown.
Before removing the dust drawer, a filter cleaning function should be performed:
⇒ Press Enter key (30) for 2 seconds.
♦ The filter cleaning function is performed (duration approx. 8 seconds).
Once the filter has been cleaned:
⇒ Release the clamp fastener (4A) of the dust drawer.
⇒ Pull the dust drawer (4) out towards the front.
⇒ Remove the retaining ring (16, Fig. 1).
⇒ Seal the waste bag tightly to prevent dust escaping, remove it, and ensure disposal.
During disposal, observe local provisions and accident prevention regulations!
Personal protective equipment must be worn depending on the extracted material.
⇒ Place a new waste bag through the retaining ring and fold the ends over the
retaining ring.
⇒ Place the waste bag with the retaining ring in the dust drawer. The retaining ring
is held in the dust drawer using magnets. Ensure that the waste bag:
- Fits against the side walls of the dust drawer;
- Does not cover the sealing surface.
⇒ Insert the dust drawer again and push it all the way in.
⇒ Close the clamp fastener (4A).
⇒ Press the Enter key (30) (counter for recording the time interval is reset).
♦ Acoustic signal acknowledges the information.
♦ Dust drawer display (23) is deleted.
If the dust drawer is not emptied, the "Dust drawer full" and "FULL" sym-
bols are still shown in the display. After switching the device off and on
again, a 3 x acoustic signal is used to indicate the emptying of the dust
drawer.

in the Internet.
Change fine filter
If the filter cleaning does is not sufficient (suction performance does not improve), then the fine filter
needs to be changed.
This is detected by the suction system and indicated by "FILt" in the display.
If requested to change the fine filter or the suction performance does not improve substantially or
only for a short period, the fine filter must be changed soon.
Further operation can lead to damage to the device.
► In general, the fine filter should be changed every 2 years.
Do not clean the fine filter manually under any circumstances (e.g., using compressed air, brush-
es, water, etc.). This damages the filter material.
Do not use compressed air!
Using compressed air to blow off deposits of dust is generally not permitted.
