Product description
mFlipLock drive and mFlipLock e-drive
The mFlipLock drive and the mFlipLock e-drive (Fig. 1) are panic/security multipoint locking systems with
motorised unlocking, three bolts and three blocking flip latches with noise insulation. Flip latches enable
the door to be opened even under high initial loads.
On being unlocked, the deadbolts are retracted mechanically or motor-driven and then the flip latches are
released.
In combination with the evaluation control system (AWS) or the buffer condenser, the lock is suitable for
fire protection and smoke doors.
The lock is tested according to EN 179 and EN 1125 and can be implemented in combination with the
tested fittings, hinges and emergency exit doors or panic doors.
The lock's mechanical self-locking feature is activated when the door is closed and guarantees automatic
locking at all times ("Self-locking function", page 45).
Additional features
· Equipped with an integrated motor control system for the basic open and close functions.
· Motorised unlocking via an electrical impulse or motorised coupling and decoupling of the outside lever
handle, for example via finger scanner or RFID card reader.
· Mechanical self-locking with automatic sequence control.
· Burglar resistant due to single-turn bolt extension of 20 mm. Tested to RC3 in suitable door element.
· Approved for fire doors and smoke doors when used with evaluation control system or a buffer
capacitor
· Tested for doors with emergency exit locks according to EN 179 and doors with panic door locks accord-
ing to EN 1125.
· Suitable for rotary cylinders and free-wheel cylinders. Not suitable for external bolt contacts.
