Corrective action
• Open the blasting nozzle unit and clean the nozzle
(Figure 23, 24, 25).
• Unscrew the nozzle from the handle and blow it out
with compressed air. Without reconnecting the noz-
zle, activate the foot switch to blow compressed air
through the hose.
• Inspect and correct the connecting hoses.
• Turn the switch until you feel it click into place.
• Open the pressure regulator further (recommended
pressure: 4 - 5 bar).
• Replace the abrasive.
• Add abrasive.
• Check that the intake hose is not kinked / pinched /
blocked. The intake hose must be securely attached
to the unit base (Figure 7).
• Refer to "Additional tank - Mounting instructions",
No. 21-9774.
• Make sure the selector switch clicks into place.
• Replace the nozzle.
• Replace the abrasive.
• Drain the abrasive out and inspect / replace the feed
hose.
• Add abrasive.
• Reduce the extraction power.
• The suction performance of a weak extraction unit
can be increased by closing the boreholes on the
back side of the unit (Fig. 14, Pos. b) with the sup-
plied magnetic foil.
• Clean the extractor / replace the dust bag.
• Make sure the nozzle is vertical.
• Replace the abrasive.
• Inspect the feed hose.
• Inspect and correct the foot switch connection.
• Inspect the compressed air lines and compressor.
• Realign the hoses.
• Replace the connectors.
• Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
• Change light using the service or see spare part list.
• Check that the fluorescent tube is fitted correctly (see
chapter 7.7.2).
• Changing the fluorescent tubes (see chapter 7.7.2).
