POSSIBLE TROUBLESHOOTING
17) Signalling: BLOCKED – HIGH TEMPERATURE SCREW 2
Problem: The probe connected to screw 2 is reading a higher temperature, the stove shuts down
18) Signalling: NTC SENSOR FAULT SCREW 2
Problem: Auger temperature sensor 2 malfunctioning or disconnected.
19) Signalling: AIR COOLING
Problem: Stove cooling function is activated if the temperature of the smoke rises above the value set for the "Wood
max tmp" parameter. No block is triggered but indication is simply given on the display for the function
in progress.
20) Signalling: STUCK BURNER
Problem: Indicates that the e-brusher burner is not in position. This signal will continue until the burner unit is in
the 'home' position.
NOTE 1
All signals/warnings remain shown until you intervene on the remote control, by pressing the button
only messages are handled automatically.
Do not use the insert before having eliminated the problem.
NOTE 2
Once 1000 kg of pellets have been consumed or some other value set by the CAT during the fi rst ignition, the display
fl ashes a message that reads "maintenance".
The stove is still working but it's necessary to proceed with the cleaning as indicated into this manual.
NOTE 3
After a programmed time set by the manufacturer, the display will fl ash "TAC maintenance". Have an EDILKAMIN au-
thorized TAC perform extraordinary maintenance.
N.B.:
The combustion chambers and smoke ducts connected to the solid-fuel appliances must be cleaned once a year (check
if your country has specifi c legislation covering this).
Failure to regularly check and clean increases the likelihood of a fi re in the chimney pot.
In the case of a fi re in the stove, in the fl ue or in the chimney, proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the power supply
- Use a carbon dioxide (CO
2
- Call the fi re brigade
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PUT THE FIRE OUT WITH WATER!
After the event, have the appliance checked by an authorised Service Centre and have an authorised technician check the fl ue.
