• Horizontally swing the cutting blade in an arc towards the outside of the hedge so that the cut
foliage is swept to the ground.
• If the cuting high hedge that is out of sight, move the cutting blade very slowly forward. (Fig.
8e)

Avoid the blade from hitting stones, wire, glass etc. that may cause injury to the
user!
CAUTION!
The metal blade is designed to cut soft vegetation with diameter up to 20 mm.
Cutting with metal blade
• The metal blade in intended to cut weeds, dense brush and small trees. Avoid the blade
from hitting large trees, roots, stones, walls, fences and other hard objects. Replace
damaged metal blade.
• Begin cutting at full throttle, hovering the blade assembly off the ground whilst making arc
shape sweeping actions through the vegetation.
• Pay attention when working in difficult terrain and slopes. In case of high grass, cut
gradually in order not to overload the device. Start with cutting the tips, then the stems.
• The blade must be kept level with the ground to avoid scalping the surface.
Cutting with nylon wire
• The nylon wire in intended to clear grass, weeds and similar soft vegetation. Avoid the
nylon wires from hitting trees, stones, walls, fences and other hard objects. Replace
damaged nylon wire spool.
• Begin cutting at full throttle, hovering the spool assembly off the ground whilst making arc
shape sweeping actions through the vegetation.
• Pay attention to fragile objects in the garden, such as funiture, flower pots... etc.
• The nylon wire must be kept level with the ground to avoid scalping the surface.
