Troubleshooting
 Make sure that the mains plug is supplied with power.
 Make sure that the mains cable is correctly connected to
the device.
 Check that all the connected devices have an adequate
electricity supply.
 Switch the soundbar on by pressing the
either the remote control or on the soundbar.
 Check that the correct cables have been used or the
Bluetooth® connection is active. Pair the devices again,
if necessary.
 Check all cable connections for damage.
 Check that all the connected devices have an adequate
electricity supply.
 Check whether the (HDMI) cable used supports the
required functions/formats. Use another cable, if
necessary.
 Make sure the soundbar is not muted. Press the
button on the remote control or one of the /
buttons to cancel the mute setting.
 Check the volume setting on the audio output device. If
necessary, increase the volume.
 It is not possible for the device to decode all digital
audio formats from the input source. Select a supported
audio format.
 Change the position of the soundbar to avoid disruptive
external influences.
 Move the objects responsible for the distortion (mobile
phone or similar) away from the device.
