6. Preparing for initial use
6.1. Inserting batteries in the remote control
Insert/replace the batteries before initial use or if the device does not react properly
to commands from the remote control or does not react at all.
Then follow these steps:
 Gently press the locking tab into the battery compartment cover and press it
downwards. Pull the battery compartment cover upwards to remove it.
 If necessary, remove the old batteries and dispose of them in accordance with
legal regulations.
 Insert two new type AAA 1.5 V batteries. Make sure that the battery polarity is
correct.
 Place the battery compartment cover with the locking tab pointing upwards
back onto the battery compartment and push it upwards until the locking tab
audibly clicks into place.

6.2. Setting up/mounting the soundbar
You can operate the soundbar either on a horizontal surface (variant A) or mounted
on a wall using the supplied wall mount (variant B).
