Installation of multiple actuators with a connection bar or

in synchronized mode
RACK MAX 650 actuators can be connected in tandem or in series with a mechanical
connection bar or in synchronized mode. The movement of one actuator is mechanically or
synchronously linked to the other so that motion is transmitted uniformly and at the same
speed.
It is possible to install two or more actuators (M) with one or more drive units (R) to the
window in compliance with the needs required.
The following drawing shows an example of installation with various thrust point solutions
with actuators and rods on large windows or "ribbon" windows. It should be noted that a
maximum of 8 synchronized actuators can be installed with various rod solutions for
additional thrust points.
