2 .4 .7 Part counter (optional)

The part counter consists of the following functions:
• Stroke counter
• Part counter
• Job counter with beeper
Stroke counter
This counter counts the finished strokes. When the
upper tool holder has moved completely down and
back again, this is called a stroke.
Part counter
This counter counts the finished workpieces.
Job counter with beeper
This counter counts how many self-clinching
fasteners that have to be pressed into a workpiece
have already been pressed in. After all self-clinch-
ing fasteners are pressed into the workpiece, there
is a sound.

The containers are used to store self-clinching
fasteners or workpieces.

2 .4 .9 Automatic feed system (optional)

An automatic feeding of the self-clinching fasteners
replaces the manual insertion of the self-clinching
fasteners.

The self-clinching fasteners are in the feed tank.

The self-clinching fasteners are led over the
orientation module and the separation module to
a loading device. The loading device places the
self-clinching fastener on the workpiece.
