3.9 Error messages and warnings on the display

Error messages

The ongoing combustion process is halted while there is a fault.
If an error message occurs while in standby, then the combustion
process is not permitted to start. An error message is indicated by
the display flashing.
The display notification can only be left with (ESC) once the cause
of the fault has been remedied. Call a service technician where
applicable.

Possible cause of the fault
ū Pellet reservoir may be empty.
ū Burner trough soiled.
ū Combustion chamber door was open for too long.
ū Chimney blocked.
ū Glass pane damaged.
ū Ash pan not correctly inserted.
ū Airways blocked in the pellet fireplace.
ū Induced draft fan not connected.
ū Speed monitoring faulty/not connected.
ū Flame temperature sensor faulty.
ū Flame temperature sensor not connected.
ū Room temperature sensor faulty
ū Room temperature sensor not connected.
ū One of the safety devices (safety temperature limit-
ers) has triggered.
ū Flame temperature has dropped unexpectedly.
ū Flame temperature too high for a long period of
time.
ū Screw motor control unit may be faulty.
ū Vacuum sensor faulty.
ū Vacuum sensor not connected.
ū Combustion air flap has not opened in the speci-
fied time
ū Burner trough blocked / overfilled.
ū Burner trough not / incorrectly inserted.
ū Service may be due (if the notification appears
frequently)
ū Minimum vacuum could not be achieved despite in-
creasing the speed of the induced draft fan.
ū Service may be due (if the notification appears
frequently).
ū Communication between the control panel and the
controller board interrupted.
ū Buffer sensor 1 (top) faulty.
ū Buffer sensor 1 (top) not connected.
ū Buffer sensor 2 (bottom) faulty
ū Buffer sensor 2 (bottom) not connected.
Possible remedy
● Fill the pellet reservoir. Clean the burner trough.
● Close the combustion chamber door!
● Check the chimney. Inspect the glass panes!
● Push the ash pan in and lock it!
● Call a service technician.
