2. PREPARATION AND CONFIGURATION

2.1. Disassembling the casing

The product is supplied disassembled such that the lower electronic part can be accessed. This part is where the meter or meters are connected
to the screw terminals and where the configuration switches can be accessed.
Once connection of the meters has been finalised and configuration carried out, the case may be closed.
Please note: once the case has been closed, opening it is no longer possible without the risk of losing the IP67 protection index guarantee.
2.2.

Fitting the packing gland seal

Before connecting your sensor's cable strands to the product's screw terminals, you must insert the packing gland's nut and the seal appropriate
for your configuration.
Three types of seals are supplied with the LoRaWAN Sensors unit: For a cable with a diameter of 5 mm, for a cable with a diameter of 3 mm,
and for two cables with diameters of 2.2 mm.

2.3. Mounting the sensor on the screw terminals

Once the nut and the compression gland seal have been installed, the meter cables can be connected to the SIGFOX SENSORS'S screw terminal.
