4. CONFIGURATION AND INSTALLATION
4.1.
Configuration and installation of the device
To configure the product it is advised to use the IoT Configurator App (available for android and windows).

The product can also be configured remotely using downlink through the network. Please, refers to the TECHNICAL REFERENCE MANUAL of the
device Sigfox BREATH, available on our website:

Wiring the digital input through the terminal block

To connect a sensor to the device and use the digital input, you have to wire the sensor to the terminal
block.
To wire the sensor:
1. Open the casing
2. Connect the 2 wires in the terminal block
3. Cut the casing to pass to pass the sensor cable on the back piece of the casing
4. Configure the alarm linked to the digital input
5. Close the casing
6. Restart the product with the button or using the PRODUCTION mode
The product will act as for a first star-up.
Example:
The Sigfox BREATH device can easily be coupled with a door contact sensor. The device can be posi-
tioned next to a door with limited access or secured access to send a frame when the device detects an
opening/closing of the door.
