TRANSPORT – HANDLING – STORAGE
The machine is placed in a cardboard box with protection plugs.
The package is proper to travel by all means of transport.
It can be put a carton on another carton for a maximum of 5 cartons
The package must be stored in a dry and no dust place.
When on pallets, handle by transpallet or electric lifter.
UNPACKING
Open the cardboard box, take off the machine and place it on a flat surface avoiding positions which
could cause the falling of the product

At the end of his working life the product must not be disposed as urban waste. It must be taken to a
special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service.
INSTALLATION
Install the machine on a flat surface and avoid positions which could cause the machine to fall. The
surface must be dry, strong, about 80 cm height and with sufficiently space around for correct use
and for the required maintenance.
Environmental conditions:
Minimum temperature +10° - Max. temperature + 38°
Minimum moisture 30% - Max. moisture 80%

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Before connecting the machine to power supply, take care of the following:
- Make sure the socket is provided with a suitable protective earth protection
- Make sure that the voltage and frequency of supply correspond to those indicated on the
nameplate of the machine
- Make sure that the way how the power cord is placed will avoid sliding and tripping risks for
persons
- It is user's responsibility to ensure that the connection of the machine to the electric system is in
compliance with the rules in force in the country where the machine is installed, and to ensure
that a correct installation is made by a qualified technician.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Disconnect the plug from the socket before any operation on product
Let the appliance cool down before cleaning
Never use water jets for cleaning
Don't clean the appliance or trays in a dishwasher
Never use brushes that may deteriorate the surface of the machine
Use a moistened soft cloth and neutral detergents to avoid deterioration of the appliance surface
