This parameter indicates the position of the valve and
the sensors

Bit
1 = active
0 = inactive
Setpoint of any discrete block.
Bit 0 in the value indicates the valve position.
This paramter is the process variable of the discrete
output block in AUTO, MAN and RCas mode and is the
value specified by the operator/engineer in LO.
Bit 0 in the value indicates the valve position.
Target Setpoint and status provided by a supervisory
Host to the discrete output block.
Bit 0 in the value indicates the valve position.
Function Block Setpoint and status provided to a
supervisiory Host for monitoring/back calculation and to
allow action to be taken under limited conditions or mode
change.
Reference to the active Transducer Block which
provides the actual value to the valve. The number is the
same as in the one of this Transducer Block in the
Composite_Directory_Entry in the Directory of the
Device Management.
